Whether a small or large wedding party, Te Vara Nui can cater up to 250 seated guests and up to 300 for cocktails with stunning views from every seat. Each unique Are overlooking the stunning fresh water lake can be hired individually according to your requirements or together creating complete privacy.

 

Exclusive hire of one or all “Are” is for 6 hours from 5.00pm* and includes:


         Professional Wait and Bar staff to prepare food and beverages
         Stainless steel cutlery
         Whiteware and crockery
         Stemware and glassware
         White linen napkins
         Wedding cake table and knife
         Gift table
         Private parking
           Hardwood tables and chairs

* While 5.00pm is the time which you have the venue, we do not recommend this as the ceremony or reception starting time, as it is likely you will need time to set up (If you choose to do your own setup).

ARE VAI

Known as the waterfall restaurant, Are Vai can seat up to 50 guests (minimum 25 adults).  Surrounded by water Are Vai lives up to its name from the dramatic entrance crossing the pond to the cascading waterfall outlook.

ARE MOANA

Known as the waterfront restaurant, Are Moana can seat up to 80 guests (minimum 50). Entering through the grand gates and surrounded by lush tropical gardens Are Moana sets the scene for a spectacular island wedding.

Known as the royal restaurant, Are Ariki can seat up to 125 guests (minimum 80). The largest of our restaurants Are Ariki provides a stunning view of the central stage and floating stage in the fresh water lake.

Creating complete privacy the entire Te Vara Nui Village restaurant complex can seat up to 250 guests (minimum 175) or up to 300 guests for cocktails. This option includes the use of our unique performance and floating stages.

ISLAND PARADISE THEME
This exotic island theme can be as colorful and or as subtle as you want and designed to enhance your tropical island wedding.

 

Package includes: 
* Each pole intricately platted with fresh coconut palm leaves 
* Poles decorated and enhanced with assorted exotic flowers
* Candles with a tropical wreath to decorate your selected Are
* Head table clothed in white with palm leaves, candles, tropical flowers, loose flowers and petals
* Head table also with high wedding candles, table runner, and centre piece

* Single wooden chairs for the head table 
* All other tables will have a palm leaf in the centre decorated with flowers

WHITE DREAM THEME     
This stunning white theme flows through your selected restaurant creating a beautiful dreamlike white wedding.

 

Package includes:
* Each pole wrapped in soft white mull and enhanced by assorted exotic white flowers
* Scented white candles with a tropical wreath and exotic white flowers to decorate your selected Are 
* Head table clothed in white with white candles and exotic flowers surrounded by luscious palms and delicate white petals 
* Single wooden chairs with white mull bows for the head table  
* Head table also with high wedding candles, table runner and centre piece 
* All other tables will have a palm leaf in the centre deorated with flowers
