All bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation

14+ days before the booking date – Full refund.

3–14 days before the booking date – 50% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 48 hours before the booking date – No refund.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule may be considered if received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled show date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Child Age Policy

Infants (5 years & under): Free of charge (must still be included in your booking)

Children (6–11 years): Charged at the child rate

12 years & over: Charged at the adult rate
Te Vara Nui reserves the right to verify the ages of all children upon check-in.
Special Requests & Seating
All guests are seated together within our three beautiful over-water restaurant areas, surrounding the stage and waterfall.
We offer shared tables to encourage connection and cultural exchange — an authentic part of Cook Islands hospitality.
Your group will be seated together. If you’d like to be placed near another booking party, just let us know in advance.
If you have any special requirements (e.g. baby chair, stroller, wheelchair access, or you’re celebrating a special occasion), please let us know in advance.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Te Vara Nui Ltd and/or Pacific Mirage Ltd accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss that may occur during your visit.
This includes accidents involving walkways, steps, rocks, ponds, waterfalls, or other natural features, as well as any food or beverage-related sensitivities or adverse reactions. Participation in all shows, activities, and use of facilities is at guests’ own risk.
Transfers Policy
Te Vara Nui Village offers guest transfers, which may be provided directly by our team or coordinated through trusted local transport partners. While we take care to ensure a safe and comfortable journey, all transfers are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Te Vara Nui Ltd and/or Pacific Mirage Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any injury, delay, loss, or inconvenience that may occur during transport to or from our venue, whether the service is provided by us or on our behalf.
Guests arranging their own transport remain fully responsible for their arrival and departure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All bookings, visits, and participation in services or activities provided by Te Vara Nui Village (operated by Te Vara Nui Ltd and/or Pacific Mirage Ltd) are governed by the laws of the Cook Islands.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from your visit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cook Islands.
By proceeding with your booking or entering the premises, you agree to be bound by this legal framework.

Te Vara Nui Village Ltd collects personal information such as your name, contact details, and booking information solely to manage reservations, provide services, and improve your experience. We do not sell your data and only share it with trusted partners for booking, payment processing, or as required by law.
