Key Points
- Payment: All bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation:
- 14+ days before the booking date – Full refund.
- 3–14 days before the booking date – 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours before the booking date – No refund.
- Rescheduling: Requests may be considered if received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled show date (subject to availability).
- Children: Infants (5 & under) free; 6–11 years at child rate; 12+ at adult rate.
- Seating: Shared tables are part of our authentic Cook Islands hospitality. Groups are seated together; special seating requests must be made in advance.
